We've had fantastic experience with the center. Room is bright and airy with high ceilings and outdoor setup is sufficient. Kids get to enjoy outdoor time a lot.Teachers and management are a bunch of happy and genuine souls who enjoy being around with kids. My little one was 9 months when he started the daycare and he was taken very good care of and settled in fairly quickly. This is consistent with other babies later on. Taking care of kids is about little things. They care remembering kids' special needs and routines, never loose anything, my boy smell sunblock lotion at pickup and he definitely was not hungry.There's even hand-made gift for my little one when we left only because we had to move house. This center is above expectation. Definitely check them out.

My daughter has attended Alphabet Cottage for 3 years and I have never experienced an issue. The atmosphere is like family, where all the educators show great love and affection for not only the children but the parents and grandparents as well. My daughter has been able to create great bonds and friendships with her peers and educators. Their educational curriculum is fantastic, truly embodying learning through play, with programs such as munch and move, and outdoor excursions. They also provide EVERYTHING, from nappies, hats, bags and food! Makes it so much easier, especially as a single mum, working full time, where all I have to pack is her spare clothes and a drink bottle. Alphabet cottage has a wonderful director, nominated supervisor and  educational leader, as well as a top notch educators, who are all caring and engaging. They are a wonderful crew, with great transparency and have had such a positive impact on my daughter. Thank you Alphabet Cottage for all your hard work!
